Product Listings: Sellers must provide accurate descriptions of their products, including price, condition, and availability.
Order Fulfillment: Sellers are responsible for timely fulfillment of orders. Delays or failure to deliver may result in penalties.
Returns & Refunds: Sellers must clearly outline their return and refund policies and honor them.
Purchases: Buyers must pay the full amount due, including taxes and shipping fees.
Product Reviews: Buyers can leave honest and constructive reviews, but false or defamatory reviews are prohibited.
Disputes: Buyers should first try to resolve issues with the seller before contacting Acleem’s customer support.
Acleem uses third-party payment processors for secure transactions. By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your payment method for the total amount due.
Certain services on Acleem (e.g., listing products, selling, processing payments) may have fees. Acleem reserves the right to modify its fee structure with prior notice.
You are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes on your transactions. Acleem does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf unless legally required.
All content on Acleem, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Acleem or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
By submitting content (e.g., product listings, reviews, or comments) to Acleem, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it.
All trademarks and logos on Acleem belong to their respective owners. You may not use any trademarks without prior written permission.
You may close your account at any time by contacting Acleem customer support. However, you remain responsible for any outstanding transactions or fees.
Acleem may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
Even after account termination, these Terms & Conditions will still apply to any past activity on Acleem.
Acleem provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the extent permitted by law, Acleem and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acleem from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your violation of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with Pakistan’s Arbitration Laws. The arbitration will take place in Lahore, Pakistan, and the decision will be final and binding.
Acleem reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
